Overview
ABM Parking is hiring a part-time Parking Attendant for the Union Depot campus in Lowertown St. Paul. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well maintained, and is committed to delivering strong customer service.
In this role, you will support the daily operation of the parking facilities by helping maintain the site, assisting customers, and contributing to a safe and positive parking experience. A valid driver’s license is required, as the attendant will operate a company ATV throughout the facilities. This position involves both indoor and outdoor work, with a significant amount of time spent outside in the parking lots.

PAY: $19.00
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: Event days 5:00pm-10:00pm

Responsibilities
• Keep parking facilities clean and well maintained, including emptying garbage cans
• Maintain pet relief stations and ensure they remain stocked for nearby residents
• Close parking facilities when they reach capacity and reopen them when space becomes available
• Respond to calls generated by parking equipment and assist parking customers as needed
• Track dormant vehicles throughout the parking facilities, as vehicle storage is not permitted at Union Depot
• Communicate with Janitorial, Engineering, and Security teams as needed
Qualifications
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
Valid driver’s license required
Preferred:
• One (1) year of similar experience preferred
