Overview
This role provides general building maintenance support and completes routine, non
specialized repairs under the direction of the engineering team. The focus is on
dependable facility upkeep, basic repairs, housekeeping, and responsive customer service
rather than advanced system troubleshooting or technical diagnosis.
Pay: $28 Hourly
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
• Assist the engineering team with preventive maintenance activities, inspections, and routine work orders.
• Perform basic lighting maintenance, such as lamp and accessible fixture replacement, within assigned scope and training.
• Perform minor plumbing and restroom repairs, including fixture adjustments, clogs, and basic component replacement.
• Complete general handyman work, including patching, painting, caulking, ceiling tile replacement, and minor building repairs.
• Monitor and maintain stock, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Assist with maintenance or repair work performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and mechanical or engineering spaces.
• Perform all work using proper safety equipment and in a safe manner.
• Follow building policies and procedures and participate in required safety and technical training.
• Work occasional extended hours or weekends as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of general maintenance, handyman, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and smartphones.
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and provide good customer service.

• Positive team attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to recognize and promptly escalate work requiring advanced troubleshooting, licensed trade expertise, or specialized equipment. Physical Requirements

• Lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
