Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care for a 9-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Cary, IL.
This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships with a patient and family while delivering skilled nursing care in a supportive home setting.
Available Schedule
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays open
- 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Opportunities for additional hours may be available

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform G-tube care as needed
- Educate and support the patient and family
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Current Health Certificate (per state regulations)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- One year of nursing experience preferred, but not required
