- Provide leadership to R&D site on safety, environmental, and compliance matters.
- Oversees and controls the implementation of the standards, policies and guidelines related to the topics within the scope of R&D and ensure compliance with local regulations and Henkel correspondent Standards.
- Has responsibility for internal and external reporting requirements for safety, environmental, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate Safety Health Environmental (SHE) occupational risk assessments, audits, assessments, certifications, and corrective action programs.
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the R&D SHE Management System.
- Support incident management, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation.
- Develop SHE training and capability-building initiatives.
- Lead Regional SHE projects and stakeholder engagement across R&D.
