Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Skills with database input for cataloging
- Implement delivery project plans (timeline, scope of work)
- Ensure high quality delivery process and execution
- Effectively document progress in workflow system through data entry, reporting, and basic analysis
- Identify basic risks and work collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct basic analysis for cataloging objects
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to ensure quality and adherence to production guidelines for deliverables.
- Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication across team to management, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-4+ years of experience
- Consistent delivery of streamlines, fast-track, and project-based work
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
Preferred:
- Experience with educational projects
- Experience with multi-media/multi-function projects
- Experience with museum artifacts

Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
