As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the Corporate Technology organization, you will drive hands-on execution of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that improve experiences for multiple groups across the firm, including clients, employees, and stakeholders. You will translate business, technical, and operational goals into executable plans, manage dependencies and delivery risk day-to-day, and navigate ambiguity with strong analytical reasoning. With technical fluency and a bias for action, you will partner closely with product and engineering teams to remove blockers, keep work moving, and deliver outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.

Drive day-to-day execution for complex initiatives by building and managing integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments across teams.

Own program operating rhythms including standups, milestone reviews, RAID management, executive updates, and decision logs to ensure accountability and momentum.

Partner with product and engineering leaders to clarify scope, readiness, sequencing, and prioritization, ensuring teams are set up for predictable delivery.

Improve delivery transparency through pragmatic tooling and workflow standards (e.g., Jira hygiene, clear states, and traceability) appropriate to the organization.

Support delivery execution through clear documentation including plans, timelines, dependency maps, cutover/runbooks, and production readiness checklists.

Drive continuous improvement by retrospectives and outcome-based metrics, improving predictability, throughput, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Promote reuse-first and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted practices to accelerate planning, reporting, and analysis workflows, ensuring appropriate human review and validation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or equivalent role in a software engineering environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead hands-on execution across multiple teams, including dependency management, critical path tracking, and change control in fast-moving environments.

Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across product, engineering, operations, and control partners.

Technical fluency sufficient to engage engineering teams on architecture-level concepts, delivery sequencing, non-functional requirements, and production readiness.

Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
