Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, with the ability to lead a team and drive successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Customize Salesforce to meet business needs using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce platform
Skills
*Banking/Finance experience needed
8 years of experience in engineering environments, taking abstract concepts and ideas, and formulating a detailed software engineering plan to delivery
Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
Prefer Salesforce OMNI Studio, Platform I and II Salesforce certifications
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
