JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the Director of Marketing, Color More Lines (CML) is seeking a creative, Ecommerce SEO copywriter to create bold content for our clients, sending them into the digital frontier.
What does that mean?
We are looking for an Ecommerce Copywriter/Amazon Listings SEO Copywriter to enhance our clients' online presence through impactful and optimized content. In this role, you will create and refine Amazon and Walmart listings, develop thought leadership pieces, and contribute to long-form content, all while ensuring each brand's unique voice resonates with the target audience.

Essential Functions
- Amazon & Walmart Copywriter: Craft optimized titles, bullets, and product descriptions for Amazon and Walmart listings based on competitive and consumer analysis, targeted keywords, and creative insights
- Blog & SEO Writer/Thought Leader: Write engaging blogs and LinkedIn posts that establish CML as a thought leader in the ecommerce space, while pushing the boundaries of conventional content
- Long-Form Content Creator: Develop long-form content such as ebooks, ensuring it's engaging, optimized for SEO, and tailored to the client's marketing needs, while maintaining a high level of creativity
Scope of work includes:
- Amazon Copy: Write compelling Amazon listing copy, including optimized titles, bullets, and descriptions, using creativity to make each listing stand out and each brand unique
- Walmart Copy: Create succinct, optimized copy for Walmart listings, understanding the unique requirements of the platform
- Blog Writing & Thought Leadership: Produce blogs and other thought leadership content for CML’s online presence
- Long-Form Content: Create ebooks and other long-form content to support client marketing strategies, with a focus on creative storytelling
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of content creation. Stay curious and open to exploring how AI can further improve content and overall work processes
- Stay Current: Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for creating engaging content that attracts new readers, always thinking beyond current perceptions and exploring new possibilities

Qualification Requirements
- Experience: Prior freelance writing experience, with a focus on e-commerce or Amazon-related content
- Skills: Exceptional writing, research, communication, and creative skills. Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content management software, social media platforms, Google Suite, SEO keywords, basic understanding of HTML, and proficiency in AI tools for content creation
- Language: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time: US working hours necessary
- We are looking for someone that can work with us long term and get to know our clients in depth and provide creative solutions
Compensation
- Competitive and commensurate with experience. Full-time, 40 hours per week (potential for part-time work). Must be available to work U.S. timezone
