Candidates who join KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business before the spin-off will transition to Trinzic when the separation is complete and will not need to reapply for employment.
KBR is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support the execution, management, and delivery of complex aerospace programs and projects. The PM is responsible for assisting in the oversight of technical, schedule, cost, risk, subcontractor, and customer engagement activities to ensure successful program performance. This role provides day-to-day leadership across multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and industry standards while supporting strategic program objectives. The position requires extensive aerospace systems experience and demonstrated success leading and managing aerospace-related efforts in government, commercial, or defense environments.

Basic Compensation:
$161,000 – $241,000 annually
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, as well as internal parity considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, logistics, quality, and support teams to achieve program objectives.
- Monitor program performance metrics and support development of corrective actions to address cost, schedule, or technical variances.
- Assist in customer engagement activities, including status reviews, technical interchange meetings, and program management reviews.
- Support development and execution of program plans, schedules, staffing strategies, and resource allocations.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure delivery of products and services in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues while maintaining appropriate documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational processes.
- Support proposal activities, transition planning, and business growth initiatives related to aerospace programs.
Required:
- Active Secret clearance is required for consideration.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another technical field.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional five (5) years of aerospace systems experience and five (5) years of aerospace effort management experience may be substituted.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience supporting, developing, integrating, testing, sustaining, or managing aerospace systems.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing aerospace programs, projects, contracts, or major aerospace-related efforts.
- Demonstrated experience supporting programs within government, defense, intelligence, civil space, or commercial aerospace environments.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management certification.
- Experience managing large-scale aerospace programs involving multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and geographically dispersed teams.
