Position Highlights

- Work directly with a baby boy in the home

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the physician's plan of care
- Monitor and assess patient condition and report changes as needed
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures
- Educate and support family members regarding patient care
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Dependable and compassionate caregiver
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
