Responsibilities:
Working under minimal supervision of the Sr Manager of Solution Sales Operations, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Microsoft Project Manager utilizes independent judgment and discretion to manage initiatives that drive Microsoft software growth. Working with stakeholders, the Project Manager (PM) manages initiatives that will grow our Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business, including our CSP Customer Lifecycle Program.
The PM develops project plans, organizes and coordinates project tasks with cross-functional teams and is responsible for ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. The PM serves as a point-person, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders. The PM communicates regularly with stakeholders to advance project progress, mitigate risks and ensure success.
Min: USD $74,500.00/Yr. Max: USD $94,244.00/Yr. Qualifications:
Two to five years of project coordination/management experience with ability to develop a project plan and coordinate activities that result in timely and successful completion of projects.
Good working knowledge of an online project management tool
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Judgment with the ability to formulate opinions, compare and decide with good sense
Good organization skills and ability to manage projects across teams
Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines
Detail oriented with the ability to provide clear direction to others
Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include creating presentations, and advanced reporting in Excel
Additional preferred competencies or preferred qualifications, if any:
Experience selling or supporting Microsoft product solutions with working knowledge of the CSP program
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work expeirence
Years of experience to qualify for the role: 4-7
