As part of Workday, we are committed to building AI that augments humans.

About the Role
We believe that everything starts with learning. And that by changing the way the world learns, we can change the world for the better. If that’s a mission that excites you, you’ll be in great company as part of the Sana team at Workday.
The Sana team is known for its adaptability, entrepreneurial spirit, and relentless pursuit of excellence, embodying the core belief that learning is the foundation of all meaningful change.
We work very closely with the companies who choose Sana Learn or Sana Enterprise. Together we problem solve, design solutions and implement them to drive change. Ultimately we measure ourselves through the impact we achieve through rolling out and adopting Sana. Our challenges are to continually learn and adapt to meet the unique needs of each company and team, and implement the creative solutions that make us proud of what we have achieved. While doing so we define what the future Sana's engagement, solution engineering and deployments teams will look like. By scaling this team, we create a significant impact on how people learn and work, across every industry, and across the globe.
In this role, you will:
Own customer engagements end to end
- Serve as the engagement owner for assigned accounts, accountable for successful implementation and ongoing value realization.
- Lead deployments for enterprise customers, from discovery through go-live and beyond.
- Manage scope, plans, timelines, and risks across work streams, coordinating internal teams and partners to deliver within agreed commitments.
Engage senior stakeholders
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors and key decision makers.
- Communicate progress, risks, and business impact through steering committees and executive readouts.
- Align Sana's capabilities with each customer's strategic priorities and success metrics.
Drive adoption and measurable impact
- Define, track, and report on success metrics for each engagement.
- Partner with customer teams to promote adoption, change readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to increase the value customers realize from Sana.
Provide strategic and solution guidance
- Translate business needs into solution designs and implementation approaches with Solution Engineering and Product.
- Advise customers on best practices for adoption and change management, and refine requirements to ensure scalable, high-impact outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally and help us scale
- Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and partners to support a smooth path from pre-sales to delivery and to share customer learnings.
- Turn customer insights into repeatable playbooks, models, and strategies, and help shape how customer journeys evolve.
- Use data, automation, and AI-driven insights to enable more proactive, scalable customer engagement.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
