- Lead AI-enabled initiatives from concept and experimentation through implementation, scale, and sustained use.
- Mobilize cross-functional partners across business, product, technology, data, risk, controls, and adoption to maintain momentum and remove obstacles.
- Design pilots that test value quickly, evaluate results, and inform decisions to scale, adjust, or stop.
- Reimagine business processes and workflows to embed AI, automation, and new capabilities into how teams work.
- Lead change management and AI adoption efforts in partnership with business and enablement teams, including stakeholder readiness, communications, training, and feedback.
- Establish sustainable production transitions, including clear ownership, monitoring, support, risk considerations, and measurement of business outcomes.

- Cross-functional leadership: Mobilize business, product, technology, data, risk, controls, and enablement partners to advance shared outcomes in a highly matrixed environment.
