Are you looking to break into the tech industry and fast-track your career? Elevate is seeking motivated individuals to join our SDR Residency Program. This accelerated training program offers the opportunity to interview and get hired as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a rapidly growing company.

Role and Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
- Participate in an intensive training program designed to equip you with the skills needed for a successful career in tech sales.
- Engage in hands-on learning experiences, including role-playing, mock calls, and real-world sales scenarios.
Sales Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for senior sales representatives.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Continuously improve through feedback and coaching.

Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:
- Research and identify new client opportunities based on ideal client profiles.
- Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social outreach, articulating our product's value.
- Coordinate meetings, log activities in the CRM, and meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
- Strong verbal skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.

- A passion for building a career in sales; HubSpot CRM and SaaS experience are a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $69,211.00 per year
