You will not only be responsible for defining the infrastructure engineering standards and delivering robust design packages, but you will also be tasked with hiring and building the internal team from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to act as both an infrastructure engineering leader and a seasoned design and Construction leader in an advanced setting.

- Vendor and Consultant Management: Direct and manage external partners, including general contractors, subcontractors, architectural firms, and specialized engineering consultants.
- Regulatory Compliance & Site Strategy: Serve as the primary liaison with local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and permitting agencies to navigate zoning, secure permits, and ensure full compliance with all building codes and environmental regulations.
- Project Delivery: Drive the project schedule, manage budgets, mitigate execution risks, and resolve complex construction challenges that arise during the design and build phases.
