If requested due to business need, Transportation Associates must obtain their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Driver Qualification File (DQF) and utilize it as a condition of the role, paid for by Amazon. If Associate is requested to become CDL and DQF certified to drive Over-the-Road for Amazon, this position becomes regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and follows regulations issued by the DOT’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Candidate must hold a valid driver’s license for the state in which they reside and be eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements.
