Description:Lockheed Martin is currently seeking a meticulous Electromechanical Quality Inspector to ensure the quality and reliability of our electromechanical products.
As an Electromechanical Inspector, you will play a crucial role in inspecting components, housings, and finished assemblies to ensure they meet established work instructions, industry standards, and drawings.
What You Will Be Doing Duties include but are not limited to:
• Inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products using low/high-power microscopes, test equipment, and handheld inspection tools.
• Verify conformance to established work instructions, industry standards, and drawings.
• Record inspection results accurately and promptly into the Quality Management System (QMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to report and document non-conformances.
• Work with engineering to provide detailed reports on non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and efficiency.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
