Lowe's 2025 Summer Internship Program offers a challenging, project-based opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to enhance their understanding of the retail business world through valuable, hands-on experience with a FORTUNE® 50 company. The internship will provide broad learning, experience, organizational knowledge, and business acumen. We are looking for:

The summer internship program begins with orientation on May 27th and concludes on August 1st. All internships are paid opportunities. Qualified interns will be eligible for Lowe's housing benefit.
Potential Areas of Learning
At Lowe’s, our Digital teams works within the world of ever-changing ecommerce retail! They are focused on identifying and developing strategies and implementing aligned execution plans to maximize key ecommerce strategic opportunities.
Using research and data as main drivers, you may expect to:
Assist in the creation of the strategic framework around an identified ecommerce market opportunity
Assist in the development of tactics that optimize Lowe’s.com offering for our Customers and support the overall ecommerce strategy and vision
Respond to consumer feedback by driving insight to influence continuous site improvements
Work with Analysts to align internal tactics that engage priority Associate actions with the Customer offerings
Ensure enterprise alignment and readiness through cross functional preparation sessions
Potential Project(s) Could Include Efforts to:
Conduct internal and external research to gather data and insights related to assigned product categories.
Analyze customer information and relevant data to identify opportunities and challenges within the categories.
Create action plans based on insights to improve category performance and customer experience.
Meet periodically with, and present insights to Online Operators within Digital Category and Brand Advocates.
Ownership of a partial component of the DCR for Wall and Floor Tiles
QBR analysis, collateral creation, and presentation delivery for a TBD Brand in the BA program
Participation in a refresh with emphasis on funnel progression and optimization
Assist with creating documentation, guides, and tools to facilitate the adoption of new digital capabilities and processes.
Inclusion of collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute operational readiness plans for digital platform changes and new capability launches.
Assist with providing insights and recommendations to expand the usage and adoption of new digital capabilities.
Inclusion of collaborating with digital analytics teams to identify key metrics and build measurement models.
Education and/or Experience
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Data Science, Merchandising or related field with expected graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required
Proficiency in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong collaborative, analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills are required
Relevant internship and experience with pricing and promotions is a plus, as is experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
