The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of logistics professionals and third-party logistics partners.
- Drive and participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects to enhance overall logistics performance.
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal efficiency and service level and oversee quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within the assigned locations.
- Proactively recognize improvement opportunities, create compelling business cases, and secure management approval for implementation.
- Foster within the logistics team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and provide clear direction, set expectations, and offer regular feedback and coaching to team members.
