senior and junior professionals, you’ll be at the heart of the legal operations
across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. Your
expertise will guide the business through both day-to-day legal matters
and high-level strategic initiatives – including the adoption of new
digital technologies such as A.I.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders
and external stakeholders (such as external counsels), acting as a trusted
advisor in areas such as commercial contracts, distribution law, corporate
housekeeping, real estate, antitrust compliance, …
What you´ll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial
agreements in a B2B and B2C environment, across Benelux and France;
- Manage corporate housekeeping matters in Benelux, consulting
with external legal advisors;
- Provide legal support on real estate issues, including
lease, purchase and facility agreements;
- Contribute to dispute resolution and assist with risk
mitigation strategies;
- Embrace legal innovation efforts, including AI-driven legal
tools and digital legal platforms;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with
departments like HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, … and work together with external counsels if
necessary;
- Be a strategic partner to the business, offering
initiative-taking and practical legal guidance.
