Amazon Web Services (AWS) Strategic Partner Collaboration and Governance (SPCG) organization is seeking an experienced Partner Business Manager to raise the bar on executed deal within the Partner GTM portfolio, as well as shape and drive new deals into the portfolio.
In the Partner Consultant role, you will be a part of the Partner Business Desk team, and will be responsible for owning the existing portfolio of executed Strategic Partner investments and associated metrics. You will work with AWS partners and their assigned PDMs, and others, to improve and iterate upon existing deal structures to produce stronger portfolio and individual deal results.
Key job responsibilities
Results you will drive include Partner Key Performance Indicators such as Partner led and co-sell revenues, customer wins/launches, references, customer opportunities, and marketing events, just to name a few. You will understanding of the AWS ISV and SI Partner community to improve upon existing investment and deal constructs that produce stronger returns and better Partner and Customer outcomes. You will work with the Strategic Partner Governance team to create, track, and analyze metrics on the investment portfolio and become an expert resource on investment constructs and the partner funding processes, guidelines and options for internal business partners and APN partners. You’ll prepare and present portfolio and deal status and success reports to senior management and key stakeholder leadership.
You are able to demonstrate bias for action while remaining analytical in problem solving. You are detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
