Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help us continue to dial in our CRM system and improve business operations. If you're into usability, process development and working internally for a company with unlimited potential-contact us. Our organization consists of multiple departments and just under 100 Salesforce users. You will be working hand in hand with a small team that includes Sr. Leadership to constantly improve business operations.
We work in a high-volume environment that allows us to see immediate benefit from system improvements and business process optimization. If you like to conceptualize, prototype, develop and implement solutions you can improve business operations this position would be a great fit.
Required Skills:
3+ years specifically devoted to Salesforce
Working knowledge of the force.com platform. Our org is custom, so it is imperative that you have experience working in this kind of environment
Experience in Lightning
Experience in flows
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder Certificate
Expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Understanding of Visualforce, Apex, Java, JavaScript, JSON capabilities that support critical business functions
Strong data/business analysis acumen
Ability to translate models/concepts into documentation for development
Understanding of API integrations
Ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time
Ability to interface with department heads to understand business problems and craft solutions
Comfortable working on a small team with a lot of autonomy
Bonus Skills:
Experience with QBO Online
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Maps API
Experience with Force.com sites
Data visualization experience
