Description:We are seeking a Aviation Electrical Instructor Trainer to join our team in Marietta, GA this position will plan and deliver aircraft maintenance flight operations and final assembly course content related to aviation electrical disciplines. The target audience is for production employees for the C-130, F-35 and F22 aircraft.

What You Will Be Doing• Conducts and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.
• Executes and maintains company-wide programs as well as the maintenance of a companywide learning management system (Atlas).
• Responsible for facilitating and maintaining process discipline to support production operations through classroom instruction, practical application.
• Prepares classrooms sets-up materials, conducts classroom, practical Lab.
• Work as a performance consultant to internal customer to help identify and bridge skill gaps
• Maintains currency in technical developments and audiovisual techniques including the maintenance of applicable courseware.
• Develop and revise lesson plans to keep technical information up to date and meet new requirements.
• Perform data analysis, gather information for new and revised course content, coordinate the new materials with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Must be able to work different shifts to meet customer's needs.
•Travel to support customers is required as needed

Discover Marietta.Basic Qualifications:• Aviation electrical experience with knowledge in electrical/avionic wire fabrication, to include terminations of wiring and component buildup of connectors.
• Knowledgeable in the Installation of harnesses on sub-assemblies and on aircraft.
• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting Wire Routing, Wiring Diagrams documents.
• Must understand and be competent to teach the following termination process: coaxal, tri-axal cables, 1553 Data Bus and quadtrax contacts and assembly of connectors containing them as well as solder wire terminations.
• Must know how to use and the other how to use terminal stake power tools, hydraulic and battery powered.
Desired Skills:• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Demonstrated facilitating skills in classroom and shop environment.
• Secret Clearance
• Knowledge on Wire Harness Masters.
• Knowledgeable in and capable of teaching Electrical bonding preparation and testing.
Knowledgeable in:
• Fuel Quantity Calibration and Testing,
• Fiber Optics Installation and Termination
• Electrical Harness Testing and Multimeter Usage
• Potting Electrical Connectors
• RF Connector Buildup

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
