What you´ll do
- Lead the development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, scalable, and repeatable operations.
- Provide technical leadership while driving compliance with engineering standards, best practices, and documentation requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies, resolve complex manufacturing issues, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage engineering aspects of capital projects and conduct data-driven process optimization using analytical tools to improve process capability and operational results.
- The position is in the
factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long
periods of time throughout the day. The
employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally this
position may require the lifting and/or moving of more than 55 pounds. All lifting must comply with OSHA
standards.
