Contributes to non-routine and very complex statements of work, work breakdown structure and/or level of effort and staff plans.
Builds and maintains a professional network and current knowledge of financial practices, industry trends, and Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.
Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team.
Coordinates a pursuit team of subject matter experts.
Leads solution design for Cloud ERP engagements, ensuring financial processes, reporting, controls, and supporting technologies form an integrated business solution.
Knowledgeable of competition and external factors that may influence Oracle's competitive position.
Resolves highly complex customer issues by recommending solutions.
Ensures enterprise solutions connect financial operations with the customer’s broader business processes and management objectives.
Designs innovative solutions that use standard Cloud ERP capabilities to streamline financial processes, strengthen controls, and improve business visibility.
10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience required.
Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM and overall Cloud Financial Suite is required.
