What You’ll Do: |
-
Lead the net-new initiative portfolio. Provide executive oversight from intake through implementation and transition to sustainment. Establish clear scope, accountable owners, milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria, and implementation approaches.
|
-
Integrate initiatives into deployment methodology. Assess impacts on sites at each stage of deployment. Ensure required activities, sequencing, resources, and dependencies are incorporated into initiative plans, deployment plans, and applicable deployment processes.
|
-
Align contractual responsibilities. Understand the contract governing each initiative and its intersection with deployment and sustainment contracts. Partner with contracting and task order teams to clarify responsibilities, identify gaps or overlaps, and address dependencies or potential unfunded work that could affect implementation.
|
-
Lead client and executive engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor and executive point of contact for the client on assigned initiatives. Communicate progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed with clarity and candor while maintaining strong client and internal leadership relationships.

Resolve risks and drive decisions. Identify cross-functional and cross-contract risks early, challenge gaps in implementation plans, and bring the appropriate stakeholders together to resolve issues. Escalate unresolved matters with clear impacts, options, and recommended paths forward.
