The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) organization, responsible for developing, leading, and executing robust sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional talent. This role provides key market insights to our recruiting team and hiring managers while developing strong pipelines of talent. They have a deep understanding of the business and related talent strategies, a strong knowledge of the external talent landscape, the ability to quickly identify and understand multiple talent pools, and the capacity to build and execute innovative sourcing strategies with a data-driven approach.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-volume recruiting support across Haskell’s business units and operating teams, focusing on finding, sourcing, and screening candidates.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader Haskell organization.
- Partner with recruiters to develop targeted candidate profiles that align with the company’s hiring needs.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company.
- Use hiring metrics to develop and execute new and more efficient sourcing solutions, continuously improving the recruitment process.
- Review and analyze relevant talent market data and trends to provide insights and proactively consult with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Expand pipelines through the execution of strategic research, sourcing campaigns via multiple sourcing channels, and leverage feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain data integrity by using internal Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to track and analyze pipeline activity. Proactively share updates and insights with key stakeholders, leveraging strong communication skills across multiple formats.
- Partner with HR Marketing to promote the employer brand across various channels, enhancing Haskell’s visibility in the job market.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Education & Years of Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience with 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with ATS (iCIMS preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and HR databases.
- Deep knowledge of relevant talent pools and the most effective current and emerging sourcing techniques.
- An understanding of market trends and competitor insights, including the latest talent flows.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Knowledgeable in Excel and other Office products.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
