In this role, you will:- Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
- Supports deployments, troubleshooting and activities for ECM COE applications
- Ensure all components are functioning consistently through environments defined in the Development Life Cycle
- Drive solutions to reduce recovery time; contribute by increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related
tasks - Partner with cross-organizational teams to ensure end-to-end platform engineering capabilities are implemented, ensuring resilience, high
performance, and high availability of the applications - Maintain and guide automation, execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards
and/or client and technical requirements - Manage, coordinate, and communicate solutions, and root cause analysis
- Provide technical consultation and support in the development of end-to-end automated software solutions capable of interfacing and
integrating with in-house developed or vendor developed solutions or plug-ins via APIs and web services. - Be responsible for production deployments, ensuring governance and controls and act as a gatekeeper for any production environment
changes - Maintain operational sustainment and risk reduction in the eco-system by aggressively pursuing safety and soundness type of actions not
limited to: vulnerability remediation, patching, end of life and resiliency scenarios - Hands on engagement on Production and BCP support activities for the platform and multiple applications
- Drive operational management via Critical Incident response, communication and tracking along with root cause identification and remediation
- Manage and coordinate Production change requests and release management activities as they pertain to the production support domain
- Provide operational continuity through the development, management, measurement, analysis and reporting of key service-level metrics as
required by management - Manages continuous services improvements and drives innovation to ensure SLAs and OLAs for the critical business processes,
applications and partner interfaces - Regular presentation of Production performance and incident, root cause and preventative actions, and trend analysis to technical and
business Management teams - Maintain and update all Production related documentation as required
- Ensure effective Production monitoring, alarming and notification response/maintenance
- Must be able to manage multiple concurrent issue resolution work-streams, project deliverables across environments in an agile way with
changing priorities - Strong written and oral communication skills as well as documentation practice
- Must be able to learn quickly as well as have the ability to effectively train others, to ensure depth of knowledge across the team
- Must be available to work in an on-call rotation and off hours as required by the needs of the business
- Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities and design approaches/programs/products to improve overall quality
assurance - Experience with a customer service mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
- Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure

Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4 + years of experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)
- 4 + years of experience working with an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Service Oriented Architecture Enablement
or platform technologies or cloud native tech stack - 3+ years of Experience troubleshooting incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures, Experience supporting technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud applications at the direction of lead architects, including largescale data processing
Desired Qualifications:- Experience participating in all aspects of the software development life cycle for cloud solutions, including planning,
requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance - Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management principles and practices
- Familiarity with supporting Windows, unix, java & .NET applications
- Familiarity with enterprise content management systems such as Kofax, Kofax Total Agility, Documentum, FileNet etc.
- Understanding of Cloud native technologies and concept
- 3+ Years experience in API or Microservices development
- 4+ years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management Solutions (ITSM)
- Ability to lead and manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics
- Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches
- Experience with a customer service mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
- 4+ years of distributed servers platform experience
- 4+ years of application production support experience
- Experience in Ansible, Prometheus, and Cloud engineering concepts etc.
- Experience in implementation of security concepts, and cloud native technologies
- Experience in providing directions to leverage different platform tools like Google logging or Grafana, ThousandEyes or Harness to build different platform capabilities or any other
monitoring or alerting tools (Splunk, AppDynamics etc.) - Ability to adopt an expert engineering mindset and attitude towards learning; ready to face new technical challenges.
