This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit –

What you´ll do
- Support and maintain site Safety, Health, and
Environmental (SHE) programs and management systems, including ISO 14001
and ISO 45001.
- Conduct safety and environmental inspections, identify
hazards, and assist with corrective actions to reduce risk and improve
compliance.
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause
analyses, and follow-up activities to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with environmental compliance programs,
including hazardous waste management, air emissions, wastewater,
stormwater, and regulatory recordkeeping.
- Support SHE training initiatives, employee awareness
programs, and the integration of safe work practices into daily
operations.
- Track and report SHE metrics, support audits and
inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen
site performance.
