What you´ll do
- Lead and support site safety, health, and environmental (SHE) programs, ensuring alignment with
regulatory requirements and company standards. - Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental inspections to identify hazards, drive
corrective actions, and improve overall site performance. - Investigate safety and environmental incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive
measures to reduce future risk. - Support compliance initiatives related to OSHA requirements, hazardous waste management, air
emissions, wastewater, stormwater, and other environmental programs. - Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to integrate safety requirements into daily
work activities and foster a strong safety culture. - Analyze SHE performance metrics, support employee training programs, and participate in audits,
inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
