You'll champion initiatives spanning operational excellence, frontlining, peak readiness, incident management, infrastructure efficiency, information security, and compliance - creating measurable improvements that enhance the developer experience across the LMT and Middle Mile engineering community.

- Drive end-to-end technical program management for initiatives that span across multiple Last Mile Transportation and Middle Mile organizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
