Business Development - Client Business Executive
What does a Business Development - Client Business Executive do at Fiserv?
You will be assigned large ISO & FSP clients to manage highly complex issues and cross sell new and improved Fiserv products and services to grow their business. You will influence client’s C level management, assisting with industry-related inquiries, and connect them to appropriate internal and external resources. You need to have strong skills in public speaking, critical thinking, business acumen to structure deals, highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven/starter, professional, and personable. You will also be responsible for renewing long term client contracts by negotiating, collaborating and advocating with the client and Fiserv’s legal, pricing, risk and finance teams.

What you will do:
- Meet and exceed sales quotas for your assigned clients and drive the top Fiserv initiatives
- Maintain annual revenue pipeline, and exceed target in year revenue (closed & booked)
- Manage and drive Semi Annual Business Review meetings with C-level management
- Engage and leverage product SMEs and sales support team members
- Maintain client executive summaries with strategic opportunities and KPIs
- Drive proposals, contracts and term sheets using, PowerPoint and Excel
What you need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- 5 years of professional sales/relationship management and business development experience
- Experience writing proposals, term sheets and contracts
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Salesforce
- In depth understanding of the organization, industry, and ability to anticipate future strategy and quickly summarize issues
- Cross functional experience with finance, deal closing, price costing, and volume grid experience

Salary Range
$99,200.00 - $211,100.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
