About the Opportunity
The Sales Support Administrator provides support to the Sales Team to ensure optimal operations and efficiency. The position performs a wide range of administrative and logistical duties that result in high employee productivity and completion of tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
What You'll Do:
- Processes orders related to quotes, purchases and returns; ensures that all information is accurate, complete and properly recorded/entered into portals or MRP
- Works with various departments to prepare key documents
- Navigates customer portals to retrieve information, make requests and to acknowledge order confirmations
- Performs miscellaneous clerical/logistical duties including but not limited to filing, data entry, setting up for and hosting customer visits and reception desk coverage
- Performs other job duties as assigned

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed
- Weekends as needed
