The position is for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 upcoming graduates looking to begin their careers within Humana IT.
At Humana, IT early career full-time hires focus on a variety of projects and tasks designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the IT landscape within a leading healthcare organization. The roles are designed to offer practical experience in areas including project management, agile methodologies, software engineering, cloud engineering, data science/analytics/visualization, user experience UI/UX, machine learning and cyber security initiatives. We offer both in-person and remote positions.
This posting is designed for undergraduate and master’s students graduating in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 who have a strong interest in working in the healthcare industry. Qualified applicants will be considered for a variety of positions across Humana’s IT organization and your areas of interest will be requested and considered during the hiring process.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,800 - $108,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
