The Assistant Marketing Manager - Email, Push, & SMS will work closely with Marketing partners to drive business and marketing priorities through owned marketing channels. This position will report to the Channel Marketing Manager and will serve as a subject matter expert, leading execution processes and tech enablement for targeted marketing and automated campaigns.
What will you do
Plan and optimize email, push and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud that track to weekly revenue and traffic goals. Work independently to gain alignment with key stakeholders.
Oversee the channel campaign execution process from end-to-end and serve as the final approver of email, Push, and SMS deployments.
Work cross-functionally with Martech, Customer Marketing, and Campaign Teams to facilitate the implementation of new automated and personalized customer journeys.
Work with Channel Marketing Manager to define and implement new channel strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
Support Channel Marketing Manager by analyzing campaign performance metrics and audience behavior to inform future marketing strategies.
Become an expert in Lowe’s SFMC architecture & data capabilities and advise cross-functionally on capabilities.
Possesses a deep understanding of the appropriate uses of channel marketing tactics to achieve strategic goals across multiple customer segments, including types of messaging, promotional currencies, cadence, and experience journeys.
Be a customer champion and effectively communicate customer segment and channel opportunities outside of own functional area to gain alignment.
Establish strong working relationships with marketing and cross-functional peers.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field.
• 3+ years in Email Marketing, E-Commerce, or Digital Marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving revenue and traffic goals through data-driven strategies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise-level CRM platforms, Adobe Analytics or similar, and Project Management platforms. Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS fundamentals for email.
• Comfortable analyzing data and reporting with ability to translate into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical marketing messages to senior marketing leaders.
