About this role
We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer II to join our Onboarding & Support team where we are iteratively designing and developing best in class experiences for our customers. Join us to help set new standards in our category and make our customers onboarding a truly reliable, simple and exceptional experience.
As a Senior Experience Designer II, you will create delightful complex designs to deliver great onboarding experiences. The Senior Experience Designer II will create and enhance activation and support flows, making them intuitive and friendly. The Senior Experience Designer II will be inspired by our design vision and accountable for quality solutions across the whole onboarding journey. Additionally, a Senior Designer II may be more involved with the onboarding and recruiting experience and mentoring other designers.
What you’ll be doing…
Generate multiple credible design solutions based on analysis.
Exhibit mastery of shared tools and software for design.
Analyzes issues, identifies appropriate design problems and opportunities and recommends solutions.
Work independently to solve larger, more open-ended problems.
Explore, refine, and document solutions thoroughly.
Objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from prototypes.
Articulate user, business and/or technical reasoning for detailed design decisions in critiques or presentations.
Create and update user personas for brands.
Update and research UI elements available for the brand.
Support testing related to design specifications.
Consult with Learning and Development on content creation.
Review and provide feedback on basic to medium complexity designs, wireframes and prototypes.
Review accessibility requirements.
Support design team.
Create complex flowcharts and logic flows.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe and/or related design software.
A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard, to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribbble, Github, etc.).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree in design or related field of study.
Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.
Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and payment, profile and managing account journey samples.
Experience with JIRA.
Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite.
Experience with Fortune 500 organizational environments.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $112,000.00 and $209,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
