We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage the Company's current Salesforce.com platform as well as be part of a significant modernization of Salesforce-related tooling. The position will be involved in the planning, design, implementation, and oversight of Salesforce initiatives and business processes that will drive sales, client management, and organizational effectiveness. This role will have a specialized focus on new Salesforce feature sets and will involve collaborating with sales and cross-functional leadership to ensure our Salesforce instance and its use aligns with company goals and strategies. This person will also support and participate in a wide range of activities and must be a self-starter. This role will be critical in maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce platform architecture and providing thought leadership in the latest best practices as the company continues to grow.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing Salesforce enhancements and business requirements in partnership with IT and business leaders.

- Creating a product roadmap for optimizing our Salesforce implementation including Security Reviews, Release Updates, and Optimizer.
- Work on a variety of business-critical projects to grow Salesforce user base and adoption
- Create standard operating procedures around Salesforce user lifecycle.
- Monitor and implement change requests and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly system enhancements. Drive process improvement in support of business roadmap with system changes.
- Support and enhance Salesforce configuration including advanced data manipulation and integrations.
- Perform testing and customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow, and validation rules in Salesforce with input from business leaders.
- Optimize end to end workflow efficiency related to Sales transactions to/from Salesforce and integrated business applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide support when needed.
- Maintain data governance with roles, profiles, sharing rules, permissions, and groups.
- Maintain database integrity and accuracy via auditing, analysis, and clean up.
- Create and maintain documentation for administrative support and configuration maintenance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes to make recommendations for improvements to ensure efficient flow of critical business transactions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Salesforce CRM & database administration experience.
- Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional in Salesforce administration, data management, and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
- Has a full understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.
- Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for difficult assignments and of diverse scope.
- Strong understanding of partner communities.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extracts and updates is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
