As a CIB Business Management Associate at JPMorgan Chase, you will be at the forefront of maintaining the strength and resilience of our firm. You will be instrumental in helping the firm grow responsibly by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers, and communities.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing seating allocation in IB/WCR locations with team leads and Business Managers ensuring adequate space for current and growth HC.
- Partner with Business Support Management (BSM) on real estate issues or requests
- Plan annual calendar of events and coordinate logistics for IB/WCR such as Town Halls, EAW, Intern Program, offsites and other central events.
- Coordinate communications for announcements, newsletters, and other messages for CCRO/FRE of IB/WCR throughout the year in close partnership with Corporate Communications.
- Work with CIB Risk senior leadership and Business Managers on other communications, people agenda and team event and activities
- Work with DEIAG and BRG leads regionally to coordinate/communicate events to teams. Active involvement in Firmwide BRGs with ability to connect CIB Risk related events with broader Risk and Firmwide events
- Provide targeted support for CIB COO and IB Credit/WCR Business Manager in helping run the CIB Risk COO and BM organization (e.g. planning, logistics, etc)
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to anticipate needs and/or problems that may arise and take steps to resolve them.
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Advanced degree in Marketing and Communications a plus.
