We are in search of a B2B Outside Sales Representative to sell a variety of MRO and Project items including plumbing, HVAC, hardware, electrical, lighting, paint and janitorial products to commercial property management companies, hospitality, and government. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-starter to grow existing accounts and develop new business that result in added sales within assigned territory.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with the local governments, schools, universities, Hospitality, and commercial/ industrial spaces by calling on existing and prospective customers.
- Generate new business with various end users including on site engineers as well as key decision makers at Local government offices.
- Develop key customer relationships to help facilitate growth in a new market or existing markets and build goodwill.
- Proactively network for new customer contacts by regularly attending local association meetings and functions.
- Create and execute detailed annual sales plan.
- Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and commercial property association and sales meetings.
- Recognize and communicate local market conditions and competition information to develop overall sales strategy.
- Manage and maintain contacts with established customers and source new business through both consultative and relationship selling techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
- 2+ years outside sales experience within the MRO industry is preferred however not required.
- College degree or some course work strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have valid driver’s license and meet company requirements for insurance and driver safety record.
- Background in MRO sales or B2B sales with Property Management is strongly preferred but not required.
- We require pre-employment Drug Test, Background and Driving Record checks for this position.

Pay Range: $52,300.00 - $87,200.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
