- Salesforce Administrator experience
- Fusion Risk Management and Apttus Conga knowledge
- Experience with Validation Rules, Signals and Flows
- Experience with Record Linking
- Salesforce Configuration Skills
- Testing Skills – new configs and regression testing
- Understanding of data loader including the CLI – Command Line Interface - (how data loader runs on servers)
- SOQL experience (to support Conga)
- More of a configuration specialist, familiar with fusion risk management or similar risk platforms - how to configure in Salesforce
Soft Skills:
- Configuration Person Technical Aptitude, good communication both written and verbal, problem solving, able to work independently but collaborate as a team when needed, self-motivated and ask questions when needed
Education:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
- Salesforce certification nice to have
