J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Manager Portfolio Analytics Oncology – Hematology within the Strategic Insights & Analytics group. This position will be based in Horsham PA.
This position is responsible for leading the data automation, standard reporting, and performance dashboard development for the US Oncology portfolio. This position will guide the integration of Oncology datasets and metric definitions into the One Data Platform (ODP) and advise colleagues on appropriate use of data and dashboards. This position plays a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development of new and existing business strategies and as a result, shares accountability for business results. The position will partner closely with Strategy, Analytics, & Transformation matrix partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive consistency & automation of metrics across US Oncology Franchise
o Serve as subject matter expert for Oncology performance metrics being integrated into One Data Platform (ODP)
o Seek opportunities to standardize and simplify Oncology metrics across the franchise
- Lead projects to automate reporting and dashboards for US Oncology
o Develop, maintain and deliver performance dashboards and executive management reports for the Oncology portfolio
o Develop and execute vision for consolidated Oncology Reporting Hub to serve as central location for franchise performance management deliverables
o Project manage the design, content, and roadmap for Oncology dashboards, including National and Sub-National Brand Hub and Account 360 Dashboard
o Coordinate the completion of forecast summary reports and assumption sheets leveraging the FUSION platform
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) leadership team for US Oncology
o Explore new insights and processes to drive and measure growth across the US Oncology brands
o Evaluate new data sources for ability to deliver deeper insights in a timely fashion
o Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on the Oncology franchise business strategies
o Serve as liaison to Oncology SIA team for performance requests from J&J Innovative Medicine leadership
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and matrix partners (including Data Management and Strategy, Forecasting, Integrated Analytics, SIA Portfolio Solutions and consultant resources) on deliverables and data integrity
o Train and educate stakeholders on data, dashboards and reports
- Enable Credo-based culture and serve as a role model for making Credo-based decisions
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
