Overview
The Garage Maintenance is responsible for the upkeep of the assigned area.
Duties include but are not limited to
- pulling trash
- cleaning elevators and lobbies
- cleaning entrances
- making sure the garage is litter free.
The Garage Maintenance also will
- remove cobwebs
- clean signs, shutters, and stairwells
- complete other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
The Garage Maintenance also
- responds to safety hazards and gives supplies inventory reports to the Supervisor.
The Garage Maintenance must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
