- Weekly Pay! Not Bi-Weekly! You heard that right, Weekly Pay!
- Hourly Pay rate: $21.25+ per hr.
- Overtime: $31.87

- Incentive Pay: Our DSP company does things a bit differently compared to other companies, we pay 'incentive pay' as in if you finish early, example: finish in 8 hours & you will be paid for 10 hours on the day. Some of our drivers can finish their 4 day full-time position for example in 33-36 hours & will be paid instead a total of 40 hours as long as they do not receive any infractions on the week that can hurt the team. Example of an infraction, Speed Limit sign is 35 mph, you are allowed to go from 35-45 mph & be fine, however, once you hit 46 mph you would be given a speeding infraction.
- Potentially 10.5 hour days with 30 min lunch
Current Need:
- Drivers willing to work full time (4 days) or part time (3 days or 2 days or 1 day) - potentially 10 hour days. To qualify for benefits, you must work 3 or 4 days.
As an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, Treadmark Logistics delivers over 50,000 smiles a week! We're looking for self-motivated individuals who want to join our team delivering packages within a positive company culture that is employee centric. As a delivery associate that values success, you will deliver packages to homes, retail locations, businesses, and commercial locations in the surrounding Asheville area as well as potentially our Upstate South Carolina area that we have been serving for 5 years. In this position, you will play a key role in keeping our customer commitment to make sure Amazon Prime orders are delivered on time to the right place while contributing to Treadmark's recognized history of performance excellence.
Top things to know:
- 80-200 stops per day in SC, & about 50-100 stops in Asheville's surrounding areas (from simple front door deliveries to complex apartments)
- Requires brisk walking across various types of terrain
- Excellent driving is a must
- Android competency is helpful
General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
- Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while delivering products to customers' homes, retail, and business locations.
- Follow customer instructions to provide a positive delivery experience.
- Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles along your route.
- Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times.
Work Environment:
- Drives a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to many customer residences and businesses, climbs in and out of van, and walks up and down stairs, uneven terrain, and steep inclines/declines as required to deliver packages according to established procedures in all weather conditions.
- Flexibility is key; routes may vary and may be delayed due to traffic from on-road congestion, construction, or other factors.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to possibly 10-12 hours long.
- Ability to work 10-40 hours per week (options for overtime exist during select periods during the year as well as On-Call opportunities for 5th & 6th days)
- Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000 pound delivery van.
- Ability to effectively navigate via GPS and work with Google Sheets, and various Android Apps.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
- Capable of moving up and down flights of stairs.
- Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Proficient in English sufficient to meet US DOT standard of ability to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnel.
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be willing to take and pass a drug screen.
