Description:As the CART Program Reviews Lead, you will be an integral part of the Aeronautics Central Analysis Reporting & Training (CART) team, providing crucial coordination and execution of internal surveillance reviews for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics programs. These reviews include Independent Non-Advocate Reviews (INAR), Baseline Reviews (BRs), and Program Assessment Reviews (PARS). In addition to these primary duties, you will also offer surge support to program teams across Aero as needed. This role is critical to ensuring successful contract execution, performance, and schedule management across various platforms and business lines.
What You Will Be Doing Lead and coordinate internal surveillance reviews, including INARs, BRs, and PARS, ensuring adherence to program schedules and performance goals.
Provide planning and scheduling support, reporting to the Aero CART team PP&I Manager, and working closely with Aero Central PP&I Organization, which supports multiple business areas, including Skunk Works, Integrated Fighter Group (IFG), Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), and Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM).
Assist program teams by managing and maintaining program schedules, ensuring schedule baseline management, and ensuring control readiness across assigned platforms.
Analyze and assess the impact of proposed work on existing schedules, while integrating new work into future planning.
Develop expertise in Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and apply it to network development and schedule analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
Identify and assess gaps in program planning and scheduling products and practices, actively participating in remediation activities to improve overall program efficiency and performance.

Basic Qualifications:- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

- Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
- Knowledge and experiences of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
- Bachelors degree

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
