Primary Responsibilities:
- On behalf of the HR Services managers, operate as the primary point of contact for all interfacing organizations and functions.
- Communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders and partners in writing, on the phone, and in person to assist the HR Services Director and Managers in accomplishing critical administrative tasks.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, briefings, weekly activity reports, visit requests and other office documents as required.
- Arrange schedules, venues, and participants for monthly and quarterly program reviews. Coordinate office management activities including external investigation file reviews, handling of all incoming HR Services mail, onsite and offsite meetings and events, correspondence, travel arrangements, records management, and other office duties as assigned.
- Process and securely handle confidential correspondence and documents containing PI and PHI data.
- Provide a range of administrative support to HR Services functional areas.
- Order supplies and equipment for remote work staff
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma and at least 3+ years’ relevant administrative experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must take initiative, work independently, problem solve, and perform tasks with minimal direction and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional skills in independently resolving issues in a manner that promotes operational area goals.
- Demonstrated persistence in following-through on action items and open issues to full closure.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to perform work onsite in the Reston, VA headquarters a minimum of 2 full workdays per week and more when business needs require.

Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
