Stock Plan Services focuses on supporting equity compensation for our B2B clients. We have multiple applications that support this effort, and our mission is to launch a consolidated platform of microsites to combine these segregated applications into a holistic user experience. As a Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of financial reporting software solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers to ensure a deep understanding of requirements, track progress, and conduct rigorous testing. Your expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and project management will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
What you have
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) in the Accounting Finance or Computer Science field
- 7+ years experience with financial reporting and analysis
- 5+ years experience with BPM Modeling Tools
- 3+ years of experience in Scrum, Agile, or SAFe framework methodologies
- 2+ years experience with Atlassian tool suites BitBucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence
- 3+ years of experience of data analysis utilizing Azure or Excel-like tools
- Proficiency in stakeholder analysis and requirement’s engineering
- Experience in cost-benefit analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing technically complex, cross-organizational, global, or multi-stakeholder projects
- Understanding of networks and databases
- Experience with Data Financial Forecasting (e.g. Expense and Disclosure)
- Knowledge of ESPP Financial Reporting, Deferred Tax Asset Reporting, IFRS Disclosure, and Combination/Purchase Accounting
