Key Responsibilities:
Visual Solutions: Plan, analyze, and create original visual solutions to communications projects
Effective Designing: Identify the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.
Layout and Production Design: Develop the overall layout and production design of publications
Artistic Techniques: Use perspective, isometric, orthographic, and schematic techniques to prepare technical and non-technical illustrations and line drawings for slide presentations, view graphics, reports, brochures, etc.
Marketing and Promotional Products: Produce promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures for products and services, design distinctive artwork, banners, and logos, and develop signs and signage systems
Web Page Material Creation: Develop material for Web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projects
Computer-Aided Design: Prepare sketches or layouts by hand or with the aid of a computer to illustrate vision
Interactive and Collaborative Design: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling graphic products to convey strategic information to senior stakeholders across GED, the NRO, and the broader IC
Technical Understanding of Products: Provide a total system perspective to the role, including a technical understanding of GED products, partnerships, dependencies and capabilities

Required:
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly Required
Education: Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts (BS/BA) in Technical, Communications, or IT related field, with
Experience: 10+ years of experience
Intelligence Community Programs: Demonstrated experience in NRO and DOD programs
Executive Level Communications: Demonstrated experience interacting with senior executives and participating in executive level meetings
Project Scheduling: Ability to fully coordinate project schedules
Compelling Graphics Products: Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling graphical products
Tool Usage: Ability to leverage a variety of tools such as PowerPoint; Adobe suit; Maya/3Ds Max
Collaboration Across Teams: Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders across organizational boundaries to accomplish mission goals
Desired:
NRO Systems Engineering: Knowledge of the NRO System Engineering process
MBSE: Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
SIGINT and GEOINT: Experience with SIGINT and GEOINT systems
GED Systems: Experience or knowledge of GED systems
