Job Description
Responsibilities
- Day to day management internal Inventory System
- Monitoring and processing daily file feeds with vendors, control and analyse stock movements, upload new stock deliveries and reconcile back to supplier shipping paperwork
- Management of stock levels, discrepancies resolution, including root cause analysis (RCA) and driving improvements
- Handling changes requests, including development and testing for new features and or enhancements to the system from other departments and or as part of projects
- Responsible for managing outage situations, communicating with various internal teams as well as external vendors, investigating the root cause and customer impact and ensuring resolution within timely manner
- Process and reconcile monthly invoices from vendors
- Identify areas that require improvements, analysis steps to take to implement and work with relevant teams/vendors to implement
Experience and Skills
- Strong analytical skills, Excellent attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency; Excel skills
- Problem-solving, ability to handle difficult queries from external vendors and or internal teams
- Fluency in oral and written English, other European languages, will be an advantage
- Highly motivated, 'can do' attitude, able to work on own initiative and able to work as part of team
- Knowledge of SQL desirable but not essential
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
