What’s it all about?
The Implementation team is responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle of client or network partner implementations (onboarding, offboarding or remediation). This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of a particular client or network partner implementation. This may include:
- Planning network partner or client onboarding, offboarding or remediation activities, across the full delivery lifecycle
- Managing the execution of the client or network partner implementation including capturing and reporting the status of core implementation tasks
- Managing network partner mandatory route changes (including key legal and compliance reviews and approvals)
- Supporting handover of client or network partners to BAU teams, ensuring all appropriate governance and sign-off has been finalised
- Support continuous improvement of the implementation playbook through routine and bespoke analysis to identify improvement opportunities and feedback to readiness teams to adjust the playbook
What we expect of you, day to day.
Essential Functions:
This role will report to the Director, Implementation and shall:
- Manage key implementation objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and success criteria in collaboration with the sponsor and other stakeholders.
- Ensure risks are accounted for and that an appropriate risk management process is in place and followed appropriately by the team.
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on progress, potential risks and delays, budget concerns, etc.
- Anticipate issues and delays that may occur and put contingency plans in place as appropriate.
- Respond to issues, challenges and concerns that arise during the implementation, challenging and pushing back as required.
- Manage the relationship with both internal and external senior stakeholders, escalating only in the most complex situations.
- Work with others to utilise multiple information sources in order to resolve complex problems, identifying potential solutions and recommendations.
- Explain complex issues and work with others to reach a consensus in order to achieve objectives/success criteria.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- The candidate should possess proficiency in Spanish.
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Proven track record in delivering high value multi -functional transformation programmes within complex and fast evolving matrix driven organization.
- Experienced in managing implementations with technical deliverables and testing programmes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or programme management with ownership of end to end journey and successful completion.
- Previous experience in direct or matrix management of large teams.
- Effective leadership, people management, communications and influencing skills.
- Excellent skills in drafting presentations, reports, communications, and other deliverables.
- Experience delivering a range of complex projects.
- Hold relevant project management qualifications (e.g. Prince II, Agile).
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 163,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
