SOLUTIONS ARCHITECTrnMILITARY FRIENDLY & PREFERRED - HOH SPONSORrnZermount Inc. is seeking a motivated Solutions Architect to join our Corporate and Business Development (BD) team at Zermount. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT solutions for Zermount's BD Team. The Solutions Architect will work heavily with our BD in efforts to respond to government cybersecurity and IT solicitations. This person will also work closely with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand, develop, and integrate Cyber and IT solutions. rnDuties & ResponsibilitiesrnrnCommunicate across different teams and SMEs to understand Cyber and IT methods and determine the best solution moving forward. rnDetermine best solution when responding to government solicitations and work with the BD team to respond to government proposals. rnDevelop a plan for technological strategy architecture implementations. rnExecute risk assessmentsrnCreate and lead the process of integrating IT systems for it to meet the requirements of the organization. rnConduct system architecture evaluation and collaboration with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture. rnOwning the technical engagement around specific technical projects providing best practices and developing a deep expertise in solutioning. rnProvide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to customers and potential clients while working with our BD team. rnAssist our clients in designing and creating solutions that will solve tomorrow's problems.rnOther duties as assigned.rnrnQualificationsrnrn7-10 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. rnExperience with government contracting and solicitation responses. rnA good understanding of technology and technical skills rnExcellent attention to detail rnDriven, hardworking, and able to take direction and multi-task rnExcellent verbal and written communication skills rnAbility to work on tight deadlines and effectively present to corporate leadershiprnAdvanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project). rnMust be self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized. rnrnEducationrnBachelor preferable but professional experience is Permitted.rnrnBachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity or IT field, Business Administration, or a related field.rn7-10 years of experience or related experience is required. rnrnCertifications and Training (Preferred)rnA minimum of at least one of the following security certifications:rnrnProject Management Professional (PMP)rnCertified Scrum Master (CSM)rnCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)rnSecurity+rnOther related certificationrnrnWork LocationrnRemote; occasional onsite meetings at Zermount Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.rnHours of OperationrnrnBusiness Hours: 8:00 am EST - 4:30 pm EST.rnrnBenefitsrnZermount offers a generous benefit package that includes: rnrnMedical, dental, and vision plans with significant employer contributionsrnEmployer paid basic group life insurance, short- and long-term disability plansrn11 paid holidaysrn15+ days of PTO and more!
